What is Digital Strategy?
There’s nothing simple about digital strategy. Consider it layers of disciplinary, procedural, and tactical actions that are taken to gain certain results. Strategy is not a linear process. It changes, it transforms, it deviates based on new information, fluctuating data, and new stakeholders.
Make Money at Home
Many companies that employ strategists are going to be working from home. Strategists do a lot of research and planning, they don’t necessarily need to be in person with a client to be strategic. In fact, some of the best presentations we’ve delivered and seen have been from home.
What are the Options?
There are lots of opportunities in strategy from being an in-house strategist for a particular company or being a part of a team of strategists for enterprise companies. There are also other roles that you can take on that include strategy like being a Project Manager, Account Manager, Client Satisfaction Manager, etc.
How Much Money?
Digital Strategists can make a good amount of money. But you have to be versatile and you also have to be ok living in the land of ambiguity. We explain this in our course. When strategists first start off they’ll be making about $60-75k per year. In order to hit $100k, you will need to become good at strategy.
